Terms, agreements and the fine print — kept short.

1. Introduction

These Terms ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Voceo.ai platform ("Service") provided by Gate-Software sp. z o.o., ul. Kochanowskiego 37/k7, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland, registered with the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000541667, NIP 9930656426, REGON 360676313, share capital: PLN 50,000 ("Voceo", "we"). By creating an account or signing an order form, you ("Customer") agree to this Agreement.

This document covers Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans. Enterprise customers may sign a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) that supersedes these Terms.

2. Your account & subscription

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us within 72 hours if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period; annual plans cancel at renewal. Refunds apply only as set out in your order form or in our 90-day result guarantee.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit, or that constitutes spam. You must respect the platform policies of every channel Voceo publishes to (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, etc.).

You may not reverse-engineer the Service, scrape outputs to train competing models, or resell access without an explicit white-label addendum (Enterprise only).

4. Ownership of content

You own everything Voceo creates for you — articles, posts, video scripts, graphics — fully and unconditionally, from the moment of generation. You may export, edit, republish or delete it at any time. Voceo retains no claim, no embedded watermark, no royalty.

Voceo retains ownership of the platform itself, the underlying models, prompts, and the BrandBrain orchestration architecture.

5. Data processing

Voceo acts as a Data Processor for personal data you provide. Our Data Processing Agreement is incorporated by reference (see the Privacy Policy for details). Voceo is GDPR-compliant, with EU data residency by default.

Your content is never used to train base models. Outputs are stored only for the purpose of providing the Service to you, and are deleted within 30 days of subscription termination unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Availability & SLA

Voceo targets 99.5% monthly uptime on Growth, 99.9% on Enterprise. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. Enterprise customers may sign a custom SLA with credits and remediation procedures.

7. Liability & warranties

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voceo's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Voceo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.

The 90-day result guarantee is a service-level remedy (configuration adjustment or partial refund), not a financial warranty of marketing outcomes.

8. Term & termination

This Agreement begins on account creation and continues until terminated. You may terminate at any time per the cancellation rules in §2. Voceo may suspend or terminate accounts that breach §3 (Acceptable Use) on written notice.

Upon termination, you may export your content for 30 days. After that period, all your data is permanently deleted (except backups, which are purged within 90 days).

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the common courts of Tarnów, unless your order form specifies otherwise.
